Welcome to Camptel Poconos. By booking and staying with us, and by using our website (camptelpoconos.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.
  • Reservations are 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Reservations are non-refundable within 6 days of your check-in date.

  1. Arrival & Departure Policy
  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • In-person check-in is not available after 6:00 PM. If arriving after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance for after-hours check-in instructions.
  • Early check-in (2:00 PM) and late check-out (12:00 PM) are available for an additional fee of $35.00 each.

  1. Wi-Fi

We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for all Camptel guests.

  1. Campfire & Grilling
  • Personal propane fire pits are available at all accommodations.
  • Propane tanks are available for $30 per tank, which can be purchased online at the time of booking or onsite by calling Guest Services during operating hours.
  • Guests may not bring firewood or build wood-burning fires, as we are not zoned for individual wood campfires.
  • A community fire pit with open seating is available for all guests.

  1. Pet Policy
  • We accept dogs and cats.
  • Dogs must be 35 pounds or under and remain on a leash while in the park.
  • Cats must remain inside the cabins and are not permitted to roam the property.
  • There is a $35 fee per pet per day.

  1. Parking Policy
  • Guests are permitted to have one car parked per unit.
  • Campers and RVs are not permitted in the park.

  1. Packing List

Camptel provides linens; however, guests are encouraged to bring charcoal, lighter fluid, and grilling utensils if planning to use the charcoal grills, as these items are not provided onsite.

  1. Community Spaces
  • Hot tubs are open from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. Bathing suits are required. Hot tubs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Saunas are open from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • The fitness center is open from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.

  1. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced between 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors, particularly when using community spaces during these hours.

  1. Games & Activities

Camptel offers a variety of games and activities for guest enjoyment. We ask that you:

  • Respect all equipment.
  • Clean and return equipment to its proper place after use.
  • Report any damaged equipment to staff promptly.
