Just stayed 3 nights in Alice !! Rooms: looks just like the pictures !! We brought a folding table for the living room to do crafts and to place our little grill on we brought a toaster they supply plastic cups paper plates and plastic silverware keep that in mind ! Hot tubs worked and sauna was amazing !! We love it here !! Hostess Marianne was on top of it !!! So nice and friendly anything we needed she was on top of it very informative!!!

These cabins are perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner, Marianne, is very kind, accommodating and quick to reply if you need anything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cabins were very cozy and well stocked with towels, linens and some toiletries. The propane fire pit was nice since it had rained the day before and we were still able to use it.
The location seems secluded which is exactly what we needed but still not too far away from town.
Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional Southern style hospitality in the Northern mountains of the Poconos! From the start, Marianne answered all my questions about staying at Camptel Poconos. I was looking to do a last-minute trip for my birthday with my boyfriend. Marianne carefully kept in touch with me even before I arrived as I knew I was going to arrive late for check-in, especially after getting a flat tire. Once we got checked in, we noticed the water wasn't running in the unit. It was very cold that night. Marianne came immediately to check it and cleaned another unit for us to stay in instead, despite it being almost midnight at this point. For the rest of the stay, she stayed in touch with me daily to see what we needed and to let me know of any issues. There was a very relaxing outdoor hot tub we also made use of. I have never stayed at the lodging place with management that carries itself with such high integrity and attention for their guests, esp in this day and age! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Marianne!

Great getaway if your exploring the area around Jim Thorpe. Short drive up to the boulder field and similarly easy to get to Jim Thorpe. Great communication with the staff when we were arriving after dinner, very clean and dog friendly. Only one of the hot tubs was available and unfortunately it was not working the second night. All in all would definitely recommend this spot!

I recently stayed here and the owner reached out to me on my way in as there was a heating issue in the container we booked but offered us an upgrade and propane for our fire pit which was amazing and a must have. My wife and I truly enjoyed this stay it’s located so close to trails and other activities and if you wanna just stay in it’s amazing too
