Q: What are your check in/ check out times?

A: Check in is from 3pm-10pm. Check out is 11am.

Q:Is there an early Check in/ Out option available?

A: Yes, for $35 we offer early check in/ out. (Check in-2pm/Check Out-12pm)

Q: Do you offer Wi-Fi

A: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi for all Camptel Guests

Q: Do all units have propane fire pits?

A: Yes! There is a $30 fee for propane tank that can be purchased online or by calling Guest Services during operating hours.

Q: What kind of pets do you accept?

A: We accept dogs 25 pounds and under. Dogs must always be on a leash in the park.

We accept cats. Cats are not permitted to roam and must stay in the cabins.

Q: If there a fee for pets?

A: There is a $35 fee per pet per day.

Q: Do you supply linen and towels?

A: Yes, we supply all the linen and towels.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: (Fully Flexible) Cancellations 7 - 14 days prior to arrival forfeit half your deposit.

1-3 days until the arrival date forfeits the full amount.

Q: How many cars can park at the unit?

A: We are only permitted to have 1 car park at each unit.

Q: What do you suggest bringing to Camptel?

A: I would suggest charcoal, lighter fluid, and grilling utensils if you choose to use the grills.

Bathing suits are needed for the hot tubs.

Q: Do guests have to reserve the hot tubs or saunas.

A: No, both the hot tubs and saunas are on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Do we need to bring our own firewood?

A: No, each unit has a gas table fire pit. We are not zoned to have individual campfires at each unit.

Q: Do you allow campers or RVs at the park.

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow campers or RVs in the park.
